Return Policy

All purchases from our website are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items, except in cases of defective merchandise or shipping errors on our part.

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at americancleaningsolvents@gmail.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photographic proof (images) of the erroneous / damaged order, emailed to americancleaningsolvents@gmail.com. We will respond to the email with confirmation of receipt and the return request, and will provide a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs for returns not due to our error. We also cannot refund any custom or personalized items, unless they are defective.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. After an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at americancleaningsolvents@gmail.com and send your item to: 418 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail your product to: 418 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207 .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive order, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
